We continue to receive many questions about the US Dept. of Labor’s New Dual Jobs Rule that went into effect late last year and its effect on when an employer can take the tip credit.
The Restaurant Law Center (RLC), with support from the National Restaurant Association and State Restaurant Associations continues to pursue legal challenges to the Final Rule.
But while the litigation continues the rule is in effect.
